Transparent, metered, no seats

Pay for work done, not for logins

Three ways to buy, one meter each. Sending is billed per email. Data is billed per record. Bulk files are billed per thousand profiles. Nothing is billed per person on your team.

No card required · 1,000 emails on the house · Cancel by simply not topping up

Wallet · pay as you send
$0.03per email sent

Top the wallet up by any amount. The meter only moves when an email leaves a mailbox — a campaign that finds nobody worth writing to costs you nothing.

  • Market research and ICP construction, re-run whenever your positioning changes
  • Lead sourcing from the company and people graph
  • One email written per person from that person’s own context — no templates, no merge tags
  • Pre-warmed sending domains and mailboxes, rotated and health-checked daily
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up for you, plus warmup, throttling and seed-inbox tests
  • Reply classification, drafted answers, and sending on your behalf or holding for review
  • Meeting negotiation across time zones and the calendar invite itself
  • Bounce, opt-out and suppression handling applied across every campaign in the workspace

Ranges, not promises. They come from cold outbound programmes in general — not from a guarantee about your market. The agent tells you which stage is underperforming and why.

Estimates, not guarantees. The bands above assume 0.6–1.2% warm replies and 0.2–0.4% booked meetings per email sent. Your offer, market, list quality and domain history move those numbers in both directions. Salvo bills the emails it sends — never a promised outcome.

Credits

What one credit buys

Credits are the meter for everything on the data platform. 100 credits cost one dollar, so a credit is a cent — and a cent only leaves your balance when a record is actually returned.

  • A search that returns nothing costs nothing.
  • Records you have already unlocked stay unlocked — you are never charged twice for the same row.
  • An email that fails verification at reveal time is not charged.
  • Every debit is itemised in the billing ledger with the query that caused it.

Questions

Pricing, answered plainly

Is there a seat fee, a platform fee or a minimum contract?

No. Autopilot bills $0.03 per email actually sent, drawn from a wallet you top up. AI Search bills credits. Invite as many teammates as you like at no extra cost, and stop at any time — there is nothing to cancel beyond leaving the balance unused.

What exactly does the $0.03 cover?

Everything needed to put that email in front of a person: research, sourcing, writing, the sending domain, the mailbox, warmup, deliverability monitoring, reply classification, the reply itself and the booking. Domains and mailboxes are not resold to you as line items — they are part of the price.

Am I charged for bounces, replies or opens?

You are charged once per email handed to a mailbox for delivery. Replies the agent sends on your behalf, follow-ups inside a sequence and the booking exchange are all charged at the same $0.03 rate, because each one is an email sent. Hard bounces are refunded to the wallet automatically the same day.

Does my wallet balance or do my credits expire?

Wallet balance stays put for as long as the account is open. Plan credits are valid for two months from purchase, and unused credits roll over inside that window. Annual agreements with twelve-month validity are arranged with sales.

How does the free $30 work?

Every new workspace gets $30 of sending credit — about 1,000 emails — with no card on file. It is the same product, not a limited trial: real domains, real research, real replies.

Can I mix Autopilot and AI Search?

Yes. The wallet pays for sending; credits pay for data you pull into your own systems. They draw down independently and appear as separate lines on the same invoice.

What happens if I go over a plan ceiling?

Nothing breaks and nothing is auto-charged. The workspace keeps browsing and filtering, and reveals pause until you either top up credits or move to the next plan. We will not silently overage-bill you.

How do refunds and invoices work?

Wallet top-ups are refundable pro rata on the unused balance within 30 days. Credit plans are refundable within 14 days if fewer than 10% of the credits have been spent. Invoices, VAT details and receipts live in Billing; annual agreements arranged with sales can be paid by bank transfer.
