Stop hearing from us
One address, one button, and every company sending through Salvo stops using it. You do not need an account, you do not need the original email, and nobody reviews the decision.
Platform-wide, not one sender
An opt-out here suppresses the address at once for every company that sends through Salvo, including the ones who have not found you yet.
Effective on submission
No confirmation email, no link to click. The right to stop direct marketing is unconditional, so we do not put a condition in front of it.
It cannot be undone by a refresh
The address goes onto a permanent suppression list — the address itself and nothing else from the record. Every refresh of our data and every list a customer uploads is checked against it.
What this does not cover
It stops the sending. It does not delete the underlying record — we keep the minimum needed to know you asked, because a deleted record is one we could innocently collect again next month. If you want the record itself gone, ask for erasure instead, and we will confirm it in writing.
It also cannot reach mail a company sent you from their own systems. If the message did not come through Salvo — check the unsubscribe footer — that company holds your data independently and you will need to ask them as well.
